Founder/LEAD Placement Coordinator
With over a decade of experience in team management, family planning, and coordination, Aniska brings a wealth of expertise not only to family placements but also to the management and operations of GTG. Her role has evolved from a family assistant, where she first started, to project management, executive assistance, and event planning/production for an exclusive client base.
Aniska's guiding principle for GTG is simple: “We will always find a way to ensure our families are happy and our team members feel valued.”

Pet Care Coordinator
Jessica has been a valued friend and part-time team member of GTG for over a decade. Now, as our Pet Care Coordinator, she not only delivers loving care to family pets but also expertly manages our team of pet care providers. A proud mom to two cats and two dogs, Jessica doesn't just care for pets—she genuinely loves them. With Jessica, you can trust that your furry family members are in the best hands.

Laresa Avent
Laresa has been an integral part of the GTG family for over five years, playing a key role in building and maintaining relationships with some of our most cherished clients and families. As a new mom and a doula-in-training, she deeply understands the importance of early childhood care. Her creativity and talent for creating safe, fun environments for little ones made her a highly sought-after nanny and senior care provider during her earlier years with the agency. Since then, Laresa has expanded her expertise as a family assistant and nanny coordinator, where she now excels in vetting, training, and placing team members with families to ensure the perfect fit.
